It is the policy of the Board of Trustees ("Trustees") of the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System that Trustees and employees of the System be independent, impartial, and responsible only to the System's members, retirees, and survivors and that such Trustees and employees comply with the laws that govern their conduct and duties to such persons. To clarify this policy and the legal obligations imposed upon those charged with the duty to supervise and manage the System, the Board of Trustees adopted this Ethics Policy.
