Tanking Up the New Mack Firetruck

Early 1950s. Fairly new fire truck is parked at hydrant, refilling water tank. The fenders are still shined up in this summer photograph of a Mack truck. The bulldog emblem on the front hood is just visible. Firefighter’s coat is draped on front seat, while the connection to the hydrant squirts water.
