Talal Elass received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amman University in Amman, Jordan as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Dallas. He began his career with Bank of America as a financial analyst, and he joined the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System in 2006.
