Nancy Rocha

I currently am a member of DPFP’s Investment Advisory Committee and would be honored to bring my skills forward to serve as a trustee. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Masters in Public Administration from Syracuse University, I was trained on Wall Street and have been an investment banker for 23-years. I’ve been privileged to work with several pensions throughout the nation facilitating dialogue on financial and transparency issues.  I am a native Texan, and a single mom to a vibrant 14-year-old daughter. I am honored at the prospect of being of greater service to DPFP.  Resume


Anthony R. Scavuzzo

I am a Partner at a private equity firm called Castle Creek Capital. I sit on the Investment Committee that oversees our investment activity and I have been on the board of directors of over fifteen corporations. Our investors include public pension plans like DPFP. I have an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and I am a CFA Charterholder.

My family lineage includes decades of police and fire service. We currently reside in the East Dallas area. I’m honored to serve and protect the benefits of the men and women that serve and protect us. Resume


Marcus Smith

I received my B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from Howard University and M.B.A. from Texas Southern University.  I have over 30 years of investment industry experience and have been a trustee for Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County Union Pension Plan for the past 7 years.  During my tenure as a trustee, I learned the importance of our role through my work with actuaries, money managers, and consultants.  Prior to joining GHA, I worked at Ara Partners which is a Private Equity firm. I am married and my wife and I have two young sons. Resume
